As a boutique retained recruiting and executive search firm, MAS Recruiting offers clients a strong level of expertise and an unprecedented level of service not received from larger retained firms.  The main goal is providing companies with outstanding service by sourcing high-quality candidates who fit well from both a job responsibility as well as a cultural aspect.

We provide clients with a variety of retained services (Executive Search, Organizational Build Outs, and Contract Recruiting) that result in the placement of Executive-level candidates down to individual contributors.  Our retained work can be done either on-site at the client's location, remote, or a combination of both.  We will tailor our services to suit the client's preference.

We are based in the Philadelphia area and has a national list of clients; with a majority of the clients located between Washington DC and New York City.  Our client list includes emerging-growth up to Fortune 500 companies.

The firm is headed by Mike Sweeny who has more than 20 years of retained search experience in a variety of industries.  Mike previously worked for more than 11 years with TWC, a well-respected retained search firm based in Audubon, PA.
