As a boutique retained recruiting and executive search firm, MAS Recruiting offers clients a strong level of recruiting expertise and an unprecedented level of service not received from larger retained executive recruiting firms.  Our main goal is providing our clients with outstanding service by recruiting high-quality candidates who fit well from both a job responsibility as well as a cultural aspect.

We provide our clients with a variety of retained recruiting services (Executive Search, Organizational Build Outs, and Contract Recruiting) that result in the placement of Executive-level candidates down to individual contributors.  Our retained recruiting work can be done either on-site at the client's location, remote, or a combination of both.  We will tailor our services to suit the client's preference.

MAS Recruiting is based in Cherry Hill NJ and has a national list of clients; with a majority of the clients located between Washington DC and New York City.  Our client list includes emerging-growth up to Fortune 500 companies.

MAS Recruiting is headed by Mike Sweeny who has more than 20 years of retained recruiting search experience in a variety of industries.  Mike previously worked for more than 11 years with TWC, a well-respected retained search firm based in Audubon, PA.
